John Kellum, M.D.

John Kellum was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to medical school, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College, Sherman, Texas. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, Dr. Kellum studied medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio, graduating in 1990. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from St. Joseph’s Hospital in Houston, Texas in 1994. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American College of Ob/ Gyn.

Krista Celedon, FNP

Krista Celedon is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Texas State University and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners certification board. Krista graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at The University of the Incarnate word. Krista worked as registered nurse at University Hospital where she built her background in various areas that encompass women’s health including; antepartum, postpartum, gynecology and gynecology oncology. While in school to become a Nurse Practitioner, Krista completed three semesters of clinical rotations with Dr. John Kellum that helped to strengthen her knowledge in women’s health. Krista and her fiancée reside in San Antonio Texas, and as new parents their free time consists of spending time with their son.
